Heard a CW transmission on 5472 which brought back memories of 70s and 80s. Is this Russian military?  If so, they seem to be using procedures from 40+ years ago:

1) First group AAAAA
2) Final group date/group count, which, if I remember rightly, was ABWGDEVZIK substituting for 0123456789

//5472//1604z//3-30-13//L6E7//
From WEBSDR.ORG -JO32KF

L6E7 QTC K

L6E7 303 60 30 1850 303 BT EU?6 BT
AAAAA H??PQ AXZZA JUNH"H" EXYKC
etc.
SH"?LY WKKDZ K //1610Z//

Note:  I've rendered -
dit dah dit dah as ?
dah dah dah dah as H"
dah dah dah dit as ?
dit dit dah dah as ?

The other end not heard.

That looks like a malware infection vector.  Don't click on it!
