[Spooks] Katok-65 6930

Just received a message from Katok-65 on 6930 , so it seems that its 
still active.

Problem is that 6930 isn't so clear for me, it could be both local noise 
and the hum could to be from another transmitter.

Not sure if all russian militaries sound the same but I think I heard 
him before.
