Yes, it's there again. I've written a post to this list because your original
ones had some problems with delivery (as well as my one) and arrived there just
now (8:45z).
   Now we can speculate, why this all has happened.
   1) Maybe just a maintenance of the primary operation desk and temporary
      switchover to a secondary one with different buzzing generator ?
   2) Or is it a sign of some special condition, which is being broadcasted to
      all the listeners (i.e. something like "Emergency situation" or so) ?
      Please note the big manoeuvres in Baltic area, which were occuring during
      the last days - maybe it is related ?
   3) Or just the capacitor on the generator board lost its capacity and has
      been replaced later ? Unprobable, because there was always a period of
      silence during the switchover.
   What do you think ? Personally, I'm voting for 1.
