[Spooks] New buzzer

I Wonder if it is new equipment and that is why it sounds different? Or if this is just temporary and it will go back to the "Sick Cow" sound in a week or 2.

I'm going to miss the "sick cow" sound of the old buzzer. At least I 
still have old recordings of it.
