I am not familiar with all of the E11 variants, so I am not sure which one this falls into. Possibly E11c ?

I caught this on the overnight SDR recording of 6800-7000 kHz I run most overnights. Thanks to Sealord for mentioning it, prompting me to check the recording.  Very good quality.
