[Spooks] N&O 173 corrections

Hi all,

 

Token found a couple of errors in N&O #173. I erroneously mentioned M24 logs
under V24 and goofed with M97's message. I have corrected these items and
also added Token's V07 and V24/M94 items and schedules, but not the logs. I
will add the logs to the database in the next few days. The new version of
N&O #173 is now online at www.numbersoddities.nl
