Are these frequencies new, or did I not notice these earlier?

    Both of these catches seem to be legitimate.  The Cubans have been heard 
before in the 18MHZ band.  If you catch again, see if it is a harmonic on 
9017m or 9219m.  Check each day at the same times, as they will often repeat 
their skeds 2, 3 or more times per week.  My database shows these are most 
likely new freqs and times.  Great catch!
