OK, I’m still pretty much of a newbie as regards numbers stations, so can anyone explain — or possibly give me a link to an explanation — on how to read this type of report?  Most of it is clear enough, but I don’t understand the terms “V13”, “new star” and “USB” (which, to me, is a type of computer connection, since I work in Information Technology).  I assume “au” is Australia.
