[Spooks] Differences between 18Mhz and 6Mhz V2a

Particularly odd is that the 50 Hz frequency doesn't correspond with the
signal strength, S9+20dB (on my radio and location) usually comes from North
America. Perhaps Pedro's >15 MHz transmitter requires 50 Hz and is being run
off a generator, but this doesn't explain the lack of "Atencion" (unless
they removed it, as I never made it to a 5/6 MHz transmission in time to
check). If I remember where I put my recordings from last year I might be
able to find a SSB recording of V2a 13380 kHz in AM mode; that should show
the carrier and the associated hum. For now, I'll build and test a loop
antenna and DF the source.

My guess would be not only a different transmitter site, but even a
different country.

  * See:
    http://www.school-for-champions.com/science/ac_world_volt_freq.htm
    for an explanation.
  * Also:
    http://www.school-for-champions.com/science/ac_world_volt_freq_list.htm
    for a list of countries and their voltages / frequencies.

Unless it runs generator power half the time, which would be unlikely.
