[Spooks] Differences between 18Mhz and 6Mhz V2a

I've noticed that the AC hum on the 18 MHz daytime V2a transmission was 50 Hz, while the 6.8 MHz nighttime V2a is 60 Hz. Would this indicate different transmitter sites?
