04:15Z	5855KHz	Sound of RDFT pre-/post-amble tone.  Not sure if there
was an RDFT transmission do to a noisy neighbour across the street who
likes to play his/her/its music too loud.
04:28Z	5855KHz	Carrier off.
04:29Z	5905KHz	V02a found, copied "*2334 **3*3 32559".
04:37Z	5905KHz	V02a faded out or ceased.  Carrier still present.
04:58Z	5905KHz	V02a resumes in full voice, message copied as "2514*
3*213 68192 [pause] 32541 32541 27", then carrier abruptly went
off-air.

The more I think about it, the more convinced I am that I must have
misheard and/or mistranscribed the message.  My suspicion is that
"2514*" was in fact "*2541".  If so, then it is possible that I heard
the callup "32541 3*213 68192".  Since there was no "Atención", I
can't be sure.  That said, I can't think of any reason for V02a to
repeat "32541" so often unless (a) "32541" was called up and then
announced as the message header, or (b) Pedro is unimaginative.
