Hi Spooks,
Do you use www.qrz.com and or the www.fcc.gov to track call signs you monitor? When speaking of a Russian in these emails, do you have a list of Russian Hams, located in Russia, that have net connections in the USA? What about Poland, Italy, etc. radio communications, call signs, etc. I rarely hear anything about Poland or Italy. I wish the FCC and other Amateur Radio literature would place updated reciprocal communications Memo-of-undertandings between the USA and foreign countries more transparent in radio communications literature, etc. Also, I would like to see the International Telecommunications Union and the USA FCC work more closely together on these international relationships worldwide. Thank for your hard work.
Mr. J. Pellegrino
