[Spooks] Cuban #'s in late East Coast US afternoon

I don't know because [1] 20:00-22:00 UTC is still business hours here and [2] even when I've had the time off to tune in all I find are QRM and QRN.

Also, for the last fortnight now I've been tuning in to the usual suspects (M08a, V02a, SK01, and HM01 from 05:00 to 09:00 UTC on 5800, 5810, 5883, and 5898 KHz) but I haven't haven't heard any transmissions.

I'm beginning to suspect that DGI has overhauled their schedule and/or frequencies.
