EV01 stands for English Voice 01 and it is named by N&O because there is no
Enigma designator for this station

I'm trying to get up to speed on EV01.  I've read everything Ary has, and
Token's posts about it.  I can't find anything on what the EV stands for, or
who named it.  Yes, I did JFGI. :-)
