[Spooks] V13 on 13220 kHz usb

Thanks for that.  I hear the USAF (in progress @ 0618 UTC) but never hear V13 during the earlier transmissions, just QRN and Andrews AFB.  I hear the 1200 & 1300 transmissions each night and usually record them.  I always hear them very well but only the carrier was heard these last two nights.  Just wondering if something had changed.  Will check at both times again tonight.
