[Spooks] What's that?

Hi,
it's there in Czech Republic, Prague, around 8192kHz. Best results are
achieved in USB mode, where the sounds are "musically tuned" and it looks
like somebody trying to play a single melody on a cheap toy organ using
just a few selected tones, but with relatively complex rhythm.
Listened to at 17:00 - 17:30z.
BTW there is a strong carrier on 8192, but it might be from some electornic
device around, 8192 is a power of two and it's frequently used, so the carrier
may be from a different source than the tones. However, because of that, it
plays even in AM mode, but highly distorted.
