If you reply to posts on the list, PLEASE delete all of the non-relevant heading
and footing material.  If you receive the list in digest form, delete everything
except the content of the message to which are you replying. 

Thanks.  It makes reading the list and messages for the rest of us much easier
and helps readers understand the context of your reply.
