[Spooks] What's that?

Hi Guys,

Can't offer anymore information as to what this is but I heard it and 
recorded the same thing on April 29th at 2200z it had been going for a 
while before I  recorded it and was still going when i checked back 
about and hour later,  It was a clear signal in South East England.
