[Spooks] What's that?

I know the pirate stations from the netherlands with really dully music 
going on for minutes but I think this would be a bit of stretch. :D
This signal was monitored for 3 or 4 hours. I'm really looking forward 
to next night. I'll be there to monitor that again. :)
