[Spooks] [enigma2000] Vietnamese numbers station - 10255khz - 22/03/2011

Good signal on 10255 USB this morning at 1609.   Received by direct path 
in Southern Caifornia.  I came in late, and Token will have to fill me 
on whether this was the repeat.  This station peaked in early spring 
time here last year.

Same format as last year, with new voice.  YL with "Sung hai vos, hai 
dang, num num, num bam" callup and 5F groups in Vietnamese.
