HI, My first post to this group so go easy on me.

I have discovered a station on 8992kHz heard in Sydney Australia the last
two nights. Details below:
7/3/2011 0940Z 9299kHz Male voice message in phonetics
CYWEW4CWQIVW5?IEDQPQK? repeated twice

8/3/2011 0934Z 9295kHz Male voice message in phonetics
PBJURNU373A5STC?PBMDXW ? Out repeated twice

8/3/2011 1000Z 9295kHz YL voice message in phonetics PBJURN repeated 4 times
PBJURU373AMTSCPBMDX repeated twice and some sort of sign off.

8/3/2011 1030Z 9295kHz YL voice message in phonetics PBJURN repeated 4 times
PBJURU373AMSTXCPBMDX repeated twice and some sort of sign off.
The only reference I can find to this frequency is to Emergency Action
Message(EAM). Does anyone else monitor this frequency or have additional
info? I have found Ary's article in N%O newsletter in 1995. I will try and
capture some audio and upload it soon.
