Hi Scansweden, and thanks for the log.

Both the frequency and the tone sequence are, we think, test transmissions
as there are several that fit this format (123456, 121212, 464646  on 12100,
12300, 13100 etc) The more enigmatic forms 165324, 246531 etc seem to follow
a broad schedule. We are currently conducting a lot of research into these "
patterns" and would welcome your logs and recordings at any time.
