[Spooks] Spanish Man station

I've just uploaded a shortened version of the Spanish Man recording (it 
goes on for a few more minutes, but there is no change in the message) at:

I used to have some radio clips in my Yahoo Briefcase until Yahoo 
discontinued the service, but those were mostly VLF and satellite 
sounds. I may re-post them to my own site, but in the meantime I'll put 
any Spooks-related recordings I find into the "RADIO" folder.
