[Spooks] V2a Transmitter/Speech Generator Error

The recording called wtf.mpg, labeled as "CB channel packets" at the
website:

It is the transmission from a wireless keyboard, most likely manufactured
for Logitech and operating on 27.145 MHz.  On very rare instances you will 
find them on 27.195 MHz

Judging by the quality of the signal I'd say the source was within 200' of
you, although some of these have been noted as far as seven miles.

For hundreds of recordings and photos of equipment operating in the 27 MHz
range since the 1960's, known as "Class C" devices, join the Class C
Telemetry group on yahoo:

You will also find there ACTUAL "packets", 9600 baud, from equipment
operating on 27.255 Mhz.
