All except the ones that aren't...  Security at Area 51 will chat a few
times in the clear, when you enter the region, just to let you know they
know you're there, then go into encryption.

Speaking of Area 51...  I checked my Nevada "area" map and there are 79 +/- 
1 "Area 51's"

Not surprisingly, "Area 51" is actually in an area 55, about 22 miles from 
the nearest edge of the closest area 51, one of about seventy nine.  Somehow 
I don't think anyone will fix this catastrophic error...
