[Spooks] HAARP Group.

These discussions always die off after a few days or a week or so. I'm
on 85 Yahoogroups and 15 qth.net groups and they all get off-topic
discussions that go away after a while and get back to the groups's
main topic. If you have so little interest in the group that you can't
weather it out, then sorry.
