what you say is true--however; just as i watch ALL other drivers when on the highway, i will also keep an eye on entities which are of concern to me-( those which 'may' or 'may not' be injurious to to the health of society)--i am an old man; my life has not been wasted;  i have no intention of wasting what is left of it--vigilance  does not contribute to waste--
