[Spooks] Polish pip

Gents,
The "Polish pip" was first reported in August 2008, It transmits on 1812 kHz.
The location is reportedly Koszalin in Poland and is possibly owned by the
Polish navy. The station transmitted 5 tones on USB and 5 tones on LSB.
Bandwidth ca. 8 kHz. Schedule: 24/7. Lately I can hear only 5 or 6 pips but I
have some noise around this freq. So far I have not heard it nor have I seen
logs for other frequencies. It might be some sort of navigational signal.
I have uploaded a recording to the N&O website.
