[Spooks] 4499 khz beeper

At 0111Z, I'm picking it up in southern New Hampshire between S3 and S9, 
average around S6.

Repeating pattern:

"N"
Group 7 dashes
1 second pause
Group 7 dashes
4 second pause
Group 7 dashes
2 second pause
Group 7 dashes
"N"
<repeat>

Stopped at 0120Z and resumed at 0121Z.

During the 4 second pause, I thought I could barely detect another 
similar signal, but not sure.  Could be a faint, fluttering carrier.
