[Spooks] Automated Spy Numbers Loggings

In listening in on this frequency for about 20 minutes and shifting to USB, 
there seems to be some occasional CW being sent along with the voice. I am 
totally new to listening to any of the numbers stations - is the CW part of 
the broadcast?
