The buzzing started really weak, I thought that somone is retransmitting
a recording again.

The message was very clean here in Prague. Nice signal, good announcer. Some
small fadings during the reception, but otherwise perfect signal (R9S8).

Exactly. And this tone is our old good buzzer. I cannot hear any difference,
it sounds exactly as we were hearing it for years.

The LSB and carrier strengts also correspond to those I was always receiving.

I keep receiving on my own gear. I think that our buzzer is back :-).
