[Spooks] UVB-76 Carrier

At around 11:45PM 9/7/10, a carrier on 4.633MHz was seen.  It was decently strong, but about 20 seconds of it broadcasting, UVB-76 showed a very strong carrier frequency and is continuing even now (11:55PM currently).  Can anyone confirm whether or not 4.633MHz has anything to do with UVB-76?  It seemed as if it was; when it faded, 4.265 got stronger.  Right now, the carrier seems to come and go for 4.633.
