It seems as though there's a lot of pirate / prank / copycat activity 
going on there now.  Interestingly, someone's been leaving Easter eggs 
in the signal for people running spectral analysis on 4625:

While doing this isn't a particularly new thing (the most well-known 
likely being Aphex Twin's 'demon face' hidden in the song 'Windowlicker' 
(http://www.bastwood.com/aphex.php)), it was kind of amusing to see it 
happening in relation to UVB-76.
