Hi!
  I heard it too, about 18:00z - 20:00z. The message structure was exactly as
above. I'm using my brain as a decoder and I didn't write exact callsigns
down. The signal was much stronger than UVB-76 carrier and signal fadings
didn't match those of UVB-76, so I think that it's of a different origin.
