[Spooks] UVB-76 Buzzer experiencing outage

I believe the test counts (Russian) And "Swan Lake" audio clip are actually 
legit. Everything else heard afterward was done by pirates. Can anyone confirm?

The buzzer has been acting quite weird lately with all the parasitic
transmissions on no less than 9 frequencies. Maybe it just broke down or maybe
not and just went off the air after many, many years of transmitting. We'll wait
and see.
