Pretty sure, except for the carrier. That can be real.

Very, very weak here in Holland. Both male and female samples heard. Most likely
extracted from another transmission. These transmissions are quite common on
Russian military channels. They sometimes last for over 10 minutes.

Very loud. No way that this is the same transmitter as the counting
transmissions. The knocking, EZI transmissions, other music, etc were all
pirates.

I saw the RJP99 message a couple of times. It sounds authentic but I doubt that
it is a real message. At one point a pirate who was calling itself UVB-76 asked
for a repeat of the message and they did. Not likely that they would do that in
real life. Also several messages were addressed to Ryan and me.

I hope so. I guess that the carrier can originate from the buzzer. It has also
been noted shortly after the station went off the air. We'll just have to wait
and see.
