[Spooks] UVB-76 Buzzer experiencing outage

Hi,
are you sure, Ary ?
I was listening yesterady evening about 18:00z from Prague, Czech Republic,
where I obviously have a good reception.
1) There is (was) permanent carrier on 4625. It was definitely weaker than
obviously, but it was there. This carrier was unmodulated most of the time,
with exceptions below.
2) Sometimes, a modulation appeared.
- Counting by male voice (natural, not synthesized) in Russian from
1 to 10 and then "priyom" ("over")
- Swan Lake samples
- Various noises and knocking
- Buzzer sound - only a few bursts and then silence again.
I believe, that this modulation was genuine, because it had the same
partly suppressed LSB as UVB-76 obviously has. I believe that a pirate cannot
easily simulate this. I think also, that a pirate would not transmit
a continuous carrier for such a long time like this.
3) Two sources of morse, one high-pitched and faster, the second about
obvious 500 Hz and slower. These didn't have their LSB "shadow" and so I think,
that they were pirates. I didn't attempt to decode neither of them, because I
realized, that they are not from real UVB-76.
I think that there is really a maintenance of the AF part of the transmitter,
but the HF/final is still running, even maybe with reduced power.
With regards,
Pavel
