[Spooks] UVB-76 Buzzer experiencing outage due to maintenance or replacement

They are running a repeater that is producing a very clear signal for
the station. Next best thing to having an antenna in Moscow, better
than globaltuners.net for this purpose.

I also applied to receive a QSL card for the station! I'm looking
forward to getting that in the mail.
The person or party running this repeater is producing a QSL card for
The Buzzer, pretty neat!

This is the most exciting real event that has happened since I've been
into shortwave and numbers stations, so I'm pretty hyped up about the
