[Spooks] New Member, New to Numbers

Greetings from West Texas, USA:

I recently purchased a Grundig G3 shortwave radio and I am hoping it will be
suitable for listing to numbers stations. I'm new to SWL in general but I
have a real interest in locating and listing to the numbers stations. I'm
hoping members here will provide me with some pointers on getting started.
I've been searching through the archives, but was unable to find what I'm
looking for.

1. Can I expect to hear any numbers stations with my current radio and from
my location?

2. Would someone mind giving me an idea of where wold be a good place,
frequency wise, to start looking?

3. My time of listening would most likely be between 2400 - 0400 on
weekdays. I know this is probably not the best time. Are there any times
that seem to be more common than others?

4. Any other tips or suggestions for someone new to the hobby?
