Take a look in the current ENIGMA 2000 Newsletter, Will. You're a member after all.
Or, if you can't be arsed to log into Group you can pick it up in saveable and printable formon our website at:
www.enigma2000.org.uk
There's charts dedicated to V02a and M08a that will allow you to predict the Cuban transmissions with some accuracy.
You could even download past newsletters and be able to predict the Cuban operation over months yet to come,
All thanks to the American readers who post their logs and produce such a fine tool of a station that cannot be easily received in Europe.
All you have todo is download the Newsletters. [It's available to anyone else off our site with no traits suppressed].

All,
I am new to swl and to number stations. Like most subscibed to this list I'm have a desire to understand the mysteries of today. I need a little help to jumpstart my experience. I have done tons of reading on the topic and I still have trouble getting these stations. I am using sangean ats 909 radio to listen. I plan on making a random wire antenna for better reception. Is it possible to hear these stations just using the radio's antenna? I'm located in Savannah, Ga for my location.
Second, what is the best source for times and frequencies for rx these stations. I just tried to listen to VO2 at 2000 utc on 7887. I got nothing. This is by far the hardest part so far.
Thanks for any help and I look forward to your suggestions.
Thanks,
W
