[Spooks] New to number stations..a little help needed

The Enigma 2000 newsletter has a good V02a / M08a schedule.  It is available
at http://www.apul64.dsl.pipex.com/enigma2000/

It is also worth remembering that the Cubans aren't always consistent when
and where they broadcast.  If that's part of the plan or incompetence isn't
clear.
