[Spooks] V02(a/n) Observations

I would say to use V2a. It's what I usually tune in to nightly. 0700z
(0300 EDT [GMT - 4]) on 5.883 khz
Usually starts with 3 5fig groups, with Atencion after each repeat.
Hard to miss :)
