[Spooks] UVB-76 now SK?

Just ran across this while browsing no finer an authority on clandestine
and unidentified broadcasts than fark.com, but the gist of it is that
the Russian station UVB-76 (aka S28 or 'The Buzzer'; 4625KhZ AM) has
stopped transmitting for the first time since 1982.

Anyone have any input on this?  I used to very occasionally be able to
pick it up, but obviously it's dead now.
