That is the main calling freq for the US air force "Global Command and control System"  you will hear numbers groups from YLs and OMs.  You may also catch an occasional phone patch, radio checks, etc.  Other freq used for GCCS are:

Hello all,

Would it be possible that E10 had a transmission on 11175Khz (or a frequency
around it) at 17:20z today?

I unfortunately do not have a recording and got the very end of it, was on
scan mode when I intercepted it.

It was the usual lady voice with phonetic alphabet ("Alpha, Bravo... end of
transmission..."). I would guess transmission started on 17:00z

I checked the logs but couldn't notice anything on this.

SIO was 434 here in Montreal (snowing today).
