[Spooks] UNID on 3630 kHz ?

Seems I can't decode mp4, so I forwarded the youtube link to yet another
computer...

I played with Hellschreiber back in 1999, I'm on a list for the mode, I
asked if operation on that frequency is typical.  The group is huge, several
thousand members, many thousands more operators, nets daily on most bands,
if it's Hellschreiber, I should get a response.
