I would think if this transmission went for 2 plus hours and is in fact a ham, there would at least be some sort of intermittent ID usually in CW.  Unless, I've misread our regs (Canada) this is mandated for any sort of digital transmission.  I will continue to listen for it.......(west of Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.)
