[Spooks] UNID on 3630 kHz ?

  What's this? Does anybody know ?

This video is not mine, but I'm receiving exactly the same signals just now,
i.e. Feb 1st, 18:00 UTC, at 3630 kHz LSB (or 3626 USB, nobody knows :-) ).
Here in Prague, Czech Republic, it's about 9+20dB on my ICOM IC-7000.
  I have my own audio record for about 12 minutes, I can post somewhere if
anybody is interested.
