[Spooks] Heard "M" being repeated on 13530

We HiFER operators, so as not to be confused with EHFB (Experimental High 
Frequency Beacons) or other Pirate operations, operate a very tight ship in 
the HiFER "Band", which this frequency is NOT in, 13.553-13.567 MHz.  Here
