[Spooks] Heard "M" being repeated on 13530

Any idea from where this was being broadcast?
Was it saying an English "M" like "em", or were they saying a phonetic "Mike"?
Did you hear the broadcast start and end? or was it just apparently constant?
And there was nothing else?
Does this seem noteworthy to anybody else? I'm not exactly an expert
here but does this seem strange to anybody else?

I'm going to try and hear this myself because this seems like a weird one to me.
