[Spooks] E10 --- 22:50z 14.000khz

Hello,

This is a first, at least for me:

E10 was on at 14.000khz signing off at 22:50z. Unfortunately, came on
channel at 22:35z and was already in progress.

SIO 333

It was interfering with at least two cw hams who probably found it was
better to leave than to stay on.

I am monitoring this for repeats.

Anybody else in North America heard this?
